Bio

Growing up in Bankstown, Rhiannon was heavily involved in sports such as athletics, field hockey and swimming. Taking a liking to athletics; in particular the sport of racewalking which she continued to compete for 10 years and made multiple National teams competing all over Australia.

After completing her Bachelors of Exercise and Sport Science (ACU), Rhiannon worked for Spirit FC as part of the High Performance Team prescribing and delivering strength and conditioning programs with the youth boys teams. Her ability to work with athletes was strengthened during this role. From here, Rhiannon went on to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (ACU).

Until recently, she has been focused on a different population; paediatrics. Rhiannon has embraced her can do attitude with children aged 2-5 focusing on their gross motor development. Within this, she was also able to help young children with their confidence and participation in activities to prepare them for primary school.

Rhiannon believes that ‘Exercise is Medicine’ however also understands that walking into a gym space can be daunting for some, so her aim is for everyone to feel comfortable in a gym environment to be able to live a healthy and balanced life.
