Bio

Omar grew up in Southwest Sydney in the suburb of Carramar and has always loved sports and exercise. Omar started playing soccer for Villawood United Soccer Club at the age 9. During his teenage years, Omar obtained extensive experience playing competitive sports and was elected captain by his peers at the North Bankstown Soccer Club, West Sydney Berries Football Club (now the Canterbury Bankstown Football Club) and West City Crusaders Futsal Club (Premier League).

In 2018, Omar completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney and went on to practice as a lawyer. In 2021, he left his job as a lawyer to pursue his deep passion for exercise. Omar completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW and has committed himself to helping anyone improve their life through exercise. He believes that exercise is a powerful facilitator of health and change and cherishes empowering people to take control of their health.

Omar has recently fallen in love with ultra-endurance running (distances greater than 80km) and can be found running around Sydney during early mornings with a headlamp. He also has experience in powerlifting and calisthenics and has an appreciation for all exercise art forms. You may also find him glued to the TV watching UFC or in line at a burger truck.
