Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Bio
I grew up in Sydney in a very sporty household, specifically Tennis. I started playing at a young age of 6 years old where I soon started playing competitively across NSW, Australia and Internationally. I also had the privilege of representing my High School, Meriden at a regional and national level. During this time I developed an appreciation for the sense of community and connectedness that sport created. At the age of 18 years old, I went on to share my knowledge and love for tennis through coaching children and adults for 4 years.
Helping people achieve their goals has always been important to me which led me to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology. I completed my degree at the University of Sydney, where I developed vital knowledge and skills that made evident the importance of Exercise Physiology in health care. During my 4 year degree, I completed an internship and placement with Longevity where I was able to put into practice all the theory that I had learnt. During this experience, I was able to share my passion for exercise and physical activity by helping people achieve their goals and gain overall health and well-being benefits in a welcoming environment. Now, as an accredited Longevity Exercise Physiologist I am excited to continue sharing my knowledge and love for exercise.
