Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Bio

I grew up in Melbourne’s northern suburbs where I was very active from an early age in sports such as dance, taekwondo, swimming and hiking, experiences that built a strong foundation in discipline, coordination and body awareness. In my late teen years, this passion evolved into a keen interest in the gym, where I discovered a love for strength training and the empowering feeling of becoming strong.

I spent several years working as a personal trainer, supporting clients with strength training, body awareness and habit-building, from this I was inspired to pursue a career as an Exercise Physiologist after witnessing family members navigate chronic health conditions and injuries.
Seeing firsthand the profound impact exercise could have on managing pain, improving function, and restoring confidence inspired me to combine my passion for health and fitness
with my natural desire to help others. This journey led me to a career dedicated to supporting people through their own unique health challenges.

Every individual’s health journey is personal and multifaceted, and I pride myself on creating supportive, tailored exercise plans that meet clients where they are. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I strive to empower clients to build strength, resilience, and long-term confidence in their bodies.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, swimming at the beach, teaching dance to little kids and exploring the many hiking spots across Victoria, continuing to embrace an active lifestyle.
