Bio
Growing up in Wagga Wagga as the youngest of three, competition wasn’t something I was taught, more rather it was something I absorbed. Cricket, AFL, and just about every other sport you can name filled my childhood, and being the youngest meant I always had someone faster, stronger, and more experienced to chase. That competitive fire never left me and drove me to down the path to pursue in High Performance Sports
That path started at the University of Sydney, studying Exercise and Sport Science, and futher into internships with Sydney University, Wests Tigers, and the NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS). I was exactly where I thought I wanted to be. But somewhere between the elite training environments and the high-performance data, I had a realisation: the work that genuinely lit me up wasn’t optimising a professional athlete’s strength or improving split times. It was being able to contribute to the moment someone discovered what their body was truly capable of.
This realisation changed everything. I redirected my degree toward a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, I would spend the next 2 years studying further – honing my understanding of a vast range of chronic and acute conditions, and sharpening my understanding how exercise can be used as a tool to manage, control or even reverse them.
Since graduating from USYD in 2025, I haven’t looked back. Today I work with a wide range of people, from developing and high-performing athletes looking to sharpen their edge, to individuals managing chronic disease who want to take back control of their health. My background in high performance means I still love diving deep into the science, but what gets me out of bed in the morning is something simpler: helping people live longer and stronger
