Bio

I was lucky enough to grow up in Airlie Beach in North Queensland. The Whitsundays fostered my love for the outdoors and physical activity. After playing almost every sport that was available to me, volleyball quickly became my first choice. I fell in love with the thrill of being a part of a high-performing team where I was challenged to continually grow as an athlete. More importantly, it gave me a strong sense of community and belonging, and I found a place where I felt supported, connected, and inspired by those around me.

Alongside my passion for sport, I grew up in a creative household where painting, drawing, mosaics, and all kinds of artistic projects were a part of everyday life. That creative spark has stayed with me, and I still enjoy making time for creative projects whenever I can.

My love for movement and passion for helping others ultimately led me to Brisbane, where I pursued a career as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, allowing me to combine two of my greatest passions into a rewarding profession.

I understand that starting an exercise journey can feel overwhelming and intimidating, especially when trying something new. That is why I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in themselves, discover enjoyable and sustainable ways to move, and experience the positive impact that exercise can have on their health and wellbeing—just as it has for me and my family. As a clinician, I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and am committed to continually developing my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible
care.
