  • Online Telehealth sessions – Eliminate the Covid risk altogether and enjoy exercise from the comfort of your own home. We are happy to provide a free 15 minute consult to enable proper set up of your technology, maximising your exercise experience.

  • Covid-safe home visits – If the top two options aren’t suitable, we also offer 1:1 in home visits. Rest assuredour team will take the upmost precautions to ensure your safety whilst providing excellent exercise prescription. Besides being pro-vaccination, our team also conducts weekly Covid-19 surveillance rapidantigen testing for added reassurance.

  • In gym sessions – Having the opportunity to return to the gym is also an option which many of our clients have opted for. Here at Longevity, we are doing all we can to mitigate the risk of Covid-19 with mask wearing, regular hand hygiene, equipment sanitisation and social distancing. Many feel that after almost two years of this pandemic, it’s simply time to get on with things.

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Exercise Physiologists are university graduates and qualified allied health professionals. We are experts in exercise prescription understanding both the effects of exercise and the how it can help with a wide variety of medical conditions.  We are highly trained to understand your condition, determining what exercise is safe and appropriate whilst making sure you enjoy yourself in the process.

What type of training can we offer?

Longevity Exercise Physiology offers extensive personalised programs, tailored for each individuals’ needs. We specialise in cardiovascular, resistance/weights training, balance, whilst incorporating cognitive dual tasking, HIIT (high intensity interval training), games for kids, impact training and flexibility work.

Unfortunately, this pandemic is not going anywhere, and Longevity is here as we all attempt to navigate this mess as safely and effectively as we can. In our professional opinion, the best thing we can do is assist our clients to maximise their health, not only for life, but in the unfortunate event of contracting Covid-19.

As a society we can’t afford to indefinitely pause our lives and stop moving. Longevity have seen firsthand the detrimental effects of the extensive lockdowns and we can’t allow people to continue this path. Now that the pandemic is widespread in the community, our best weapon besides vaccination is to ensure everyone is as fit as possible for if they contract the virus.

So now is not the time to stop and wait! Now is the time to get moving and take back some control in your life!

Stop waiting for the pandemic to be over, unfortunately it is not going anywhere. Call Longevity Exercise Physiology Edgecliff, Pymble, Marrickville, Randwick, Drummoyne, Balmain, Bella Vista and Neutral Bay on 1300 964 002 to enquire today!
