Longevity Exercise Physiology Drummoyne, Edgecliff, Marrickville, Bella Vista, Randwick, Pymble, Neutral Bay and Balmain today want to tell you a little more about our Exercise Physiologist Hannah, who works at our Randwick location.
Hannah is a country girl from the small town of Leeton in NSW where she grew up dancing from a very young age. The determination to succeed in her dancing performances helped Hannah discover her love for the gym, and the benefits of exercise through her own experience and research. Her struggles with Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis) developed her passion for Exercise Physiology where she began to learn the medicinal effects of exercise. Hannah has a deep understanding of back pain and the experiences clients go through exercising with pain.
Hannah has special interests in people living with disabilities, back pain, cancer and osteoporosis. She also has experience working with people who suffer from arthritis, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), down syndrome, autism, mental health, geriatrics, obesity, musculoskeletal conditions and many more.
During lockdown, Hannah has been keeping herself busy with coastal walks, singing and keeping in touch with family and friends over FaceTime! Hannah has been working with Longevity for approximately 6 months, 4 of those being in lockdown. She has found her feet throughout these tough times in lockdown with the immense support of her team.
