Meet Kyle, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Balmain. Kyle has had experience working with the GWS Giants, NSW Institute of Sport, Aged care, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Mental Health. Fuelled with a passion for helping others, Kyle has been able to hone his clinical skills to help a wide range of clients with different conditions some of them include musculoskeletal injuries, mental health conditions, cardiovascular, metabolic conditions, high-performance, team sports with exercise and behaviour change strategies.

At Longevity Exercise Physiology, we offer services through DVA, Workcover, NDIS, Medicare and private sessions. We use Exercise Physiology Principles to help manage many different conditions.
