Bio
I grew up in Mount Isa, Queensland – an outback mining town in North-West Queensland where big dreams begin on dusty fields and long stretches of open road. From a young age, exercise and sport gave me direction. By 10, I ranked among the fastest junior sprinters in Australia in the 100m and 200m. For a kid from a remote town, those moments meant more than competition – they showed me what belief, support, and hard work can make possible. At 12, I moved to South-East Queensland to attend Ipswich Grammar School in pursuit of greater sporting opportunities, a decision that shaped my independence and taught me the value of having the right people in your corner. Over the years, I was fortunate to represent Queensland across athletics, rugby union, rugby sevens, and touch football – experiences that built resilience, discipline, and self-belief.
That chapter of my life shaped more than my sporting path – it shaped my purpose. After more than a decade in high-performance environments and currently playing semi-professional rugby union in Queensland with Souths Rugby Union Club, I’ve experienced how belief, the right guidance, and opportunity can change someone’s direction. That perspective led me to study Clinical Exercise Physiology at Queensland University of Technology, driven by the desire to help people move forward when life throws a challenge their way. Today, I work with individuals managing injuries, chronic health conditions, and performance goals, supporting you with structure, encouragement, and my experience. Movement gave me opportunities – now I have the privilege of helping you create yours.
Movement is the medicine I use to help you create those opportunities in your own life. I’ll be in your corner – listening, understanding your challenges, and guiding you forward safely with a clear, evidence-based plan so you can feel stronger, move with confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to you. I’m here for you, every single step of your health journey.
