What I Learnt From Michelle Bridges

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of attending Sydney’s Unconvention. An entrepreneurial conference of well over a thousand attendees at Sydney’s Town Hall. Amongst the wonderful speakers on the day was Michelle Bridges of ‘The Biggest Loser’ fame and founder of the 12 week body transformation. Michelle had many insights to share but one stuck with me. It was a simple question: “what do you want?”. She asked the audience to consider the question of not just what we want but what do we REALLY want and that is what I want you to ponder today – ‘WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?”

Happiness, Health, Wealth or Other?

Recently I tweeted this question to leading young entrepreneur, Jack Delosa. Jack was kind enough to spend time answering this question and the similarities in our personal philosophy’s astonished me. Jack is an entrepreneur is currently CEO of the Entourage – Australia’s largest educator and community of entrepreneurs. Jack is a speaker of much renound and after seeing Jack speak on many occasions I can vouch for the fact that he is truly motivational.
